We provide renewable-energy and energy-efficiency solutions across the UK, including solar PV, battery storage, and EV-charging systems.
We are accredited under the Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) and operate in line with the Renewable Energy Consumer Code (RECC).

When you register for a UK Eco webinar or online event, we collect your details to send the event link and updates.
If sessions are recorded, you will not appear in any recording unless you have been informed and have provided consent.
After the event, we may send follow-up information; you can opt out at any time.

At live events or through social media forms, we may collect your contact details to provide information or add you to relevant mailing lists.

Installation & warranty records: Up to 10 years (after completion)
Employee & contractor records: Up to 6 years after leaving
Financial transactions / HMRC records: 7 years (minimum)
Marketing preferences and opt-outs: Until you request deletion – we retain opt-out records to ensure we don’t contact you again
All data is deleted or anonymised once no longer required.
13. Security Monitoring and IT Systems
To maintain IT security across our business, data and communications may be logged and monitored.
Where suspicious activity is detected, relevant logs may be shared with appropriate authorities (e.g. the Police) for the detection and prevention of crime.

16. Recruitment, Employees & Contractors
During recruitment and employment, we collect data such as CVs, references, right-to-work documents, and bank details.
This information is processed under legal and contractual obligations.
Unsuccessful applicant data is retained for up to 2 years; employee records for employment period + 5 years (minimum).
